1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
As a Christian woman and teacher, I always come back to a saying from Martin Luther King Jr., “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
I truly find simple joys get me excited about life. After being extremely sick for two years, I lost a lot of time with family and friends. Being in surgical remission, has allowed me to live life again. Just smelling a cup of coffee or feeling the wind on my face put the biggest smile on my face and have taught me to not take a moment of my health for granted.
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
As a first-grade teacher, every year, I teach my children how to work together to be a community. In our classroom, we work together and solve problems together, we become a family. We accept and love one another while being the best versions of ourselves we can be. If I can teach anything to others, it would be to embrace your unique abilities and be confident in who you are.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
I feel I would be 30 years old. I felt very established at that age but still full of energy. I was already a full-time wife, mother, and educator. It was also when I feel I started to be my most confident self.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
My husband and I love to watch scary movies. Our first date was dinner and a scary movie so our ideal date night is a delicious dinner and a movie and then we end our night cuddling on our couch with our pit bull, Dunkin and cat, Cappuccino.
